Some of the celebrations in La Dominicana Republica are Christmas (December 25), New Years day (January 1), Independence Day (February 27), Dia De La Altagracia (January 21), and Constitution Day (November 6).
The typical clothing for woman and men is very similar to what you see people wearing here in the US. A tee-shirt and jeans is the normal atire.
